Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Glint Jewels. We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and other cities and towns where our courier partners provide service.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000

  • Standard shipping: Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 3,000

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment.

Please note that order processing time is separate from the delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days

  • Other cities and towns: 3–6 business days

  • Remote areas: Up to 7 business days

Delivery estimates are based on normal operating conditions and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Simply pay the courier when your order is delivered. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Important Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

  • If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again. After repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • During peak shopping seasons, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual.

  • Glint Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
